What are Neteller fees for merchant accounts?

I was wondering if this idea was financially and legally feasible. Some enterprising non US person sets up a merchant account in USD, and basically does the peer to peer thing through that. Since they are not taking money for gambling, just performing a money exchange service, Neteller might not have a problem with it.

Does this idea seem too far-fetched? I'm sure there is some % that would make this worth somebody's effort.

Since when?

I don't understand them, don't they want to make money? Isn't having more merchants their main source of income?

My friend (UK) and I (US) filled out the merchant forms about 10 days ago.. We both got the auto response that more would follow in 2 days and that was it...

I think someone would kick ass just by opening a site and selling high-def TV's at 100% markup on retail, as long as they took Neteller. This would be a good way to get rid of those Mark McGuire rookie cards too.

Pucks for Bucks

Some Canadian should open a merchant account and offer collectible hockey pucks for $1000 each, complete with mail-in rebates for $750. You know, just like Best Buy.
